How do I use dried mushrooms?
1. Rehydrate
Soak the dried mushrooms in boiling water for 20-30 minutes.
2. Save the liquid
Removed the hydrated mushrooms, and keep the remaining liquid to add to sauces, soups, stocks. Full of flavor.
3. Slice or Dice
Add your hydrated mushrooms to any dish. These are great as soups, diced for sauces, and great sauted as a side dish.
Shelf-stable, easy to store, and simple to cook with year-round.
